While training in the US, Rafalca's living conditions were perfectly fulfilled. However, in the Olympic Village, no one truly knows where or how Rafalca is being kept.

LONDON – According to the Atlantic Wire, reporters are not allowed to see Ann Romney’s fancy dancing horse, Rafalca, but the blackout may not be for the Olympic preparations that were previously suggested.
Originally, the horse was thought to have been kidnapped by Manchester United fans outraged at Mitt Romney’s statements concerning London’s preparations for the Olympic Games.
Rumor has it that Rafalca Romney has asked for and received political asylum. Speaking through a local horse whisperer, Janice Overbite, Rafalca relates how she was unhappy with the ride across the Atlantic on top of the plane, and has since developed vertigo.
Rafalca spoke to Overbite about how another horse from the Romney stable, Super Hit, was driven to lameness before being sold off as a compromised asset. Rafalca is scared to the point of neurosei.
Rafalca Romney was clearly skittish when asked about being used as a living tax shelter. The horse whisperer translated something about “being fired and sold to a company called ALPO” if Rafalca did not bring home the gold medal. Once the British Home Office figured out what ALPO was – asylum was granted immediately.
Mitt Romney, attempting to distance himself politically from the sport that has given him so much tax benefit, has responded to the reporters by asking, “What is Dressage? I own a horse? Who is Ann Romney?”
