Palin Set Free From Cage: RNC Cancels Day 1

TAMPA – The first day of the Republican National Convention was canceled earlier today much to the dismay of it’s supporters.
“It has come to our attention that party mascot Sarah Palin has been set free from her holding cell and is roaming freely around Tampa,” a spokesman for the RNC said Monday.
Authorities believe Palin was set free by the newly formed “Tea Baggers” group, a group consisting of ex-Tea Party members that have broken off from the groups original core.
No sightings have been reported at this time as local law enforcement units continue to search downtown Tampa.
