New Poll Shows Democrats Favor “Clinton-Obama 2012″ Ticket – with Obama as V.P.

The recall on the Clinton-Obama 2012 stickers will proven difficult, with many purchasers infuriated that the "Dream Team" will not become a reality.

WASHINGTON — William J. Clinton’s recent speech at the DNC unleashed a massive wave of support for the Democrats, after the former president gave what one spectator, Timothy Hamill, called “The best speech since Ben Hur - and maybe even more awesome than ‘Yes We Can’ and ‘Call Me Maybe’ combined.” Nevertheless, rumors are swirling that popular demand would rather see Clinton lead the ticket and run once again for the presidency over America’s current Commander-in-chief.

Immediately after the close of the Democratic National Convention, CLINTON/OBAMA 2012″ bumper stickers began to appear across the nation by the thousands. The blogosphere, practically bursting at the seams from the news, began to suggest a place for Obama in the Vice President’s office; one anonymous, brace-faced, 16-year-old blogger called a position “totally-way-better-suited for the Obaminator.”

“We really liked Bill’s speech,” said Marlene Jackson of Pennsylvania, “and the president’s was nice and all, but we don’t live in Detroit or Ohio so it didn’t seem to matter to us.  Bill was just on fire, and so cute that night. God, he’s amazing and handsome…”

Ms. Jackson cut off her comments, after getting “that look” from her husband Randy, an HV/AC repair man who believed Clinton was leading the ticket. “Obama would be a much better VP than that guy whose always causing the White House Press Corps to drink,” stated Randy Jackson rather bluntly.

Former President Clinton could not be reached for comment, but was spotted high-fiving a couple of secret service agents after learning the news.

President Obama, in an address to the nation, had but one word to say to his constituents: “Really?”
